August 22, 2006The
Oshkosh Chapter Summer Hangar Social was held August 22 at Joe
and Jerri Norris's hangar on Wittman Regional Airport in
Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Chapter members brought snacks to share, and
a few new members were welcomed to the group. As usual, a good
time was had by all (such a good time, in fact, that Mary and
Noel were dancing before the night was over!) And, of course,
you can't put a bunch of airplane people in Joe's hangar without
him needing to show off his baby: a 1942 Waco UPF-7. He didn't
have to twist too many arms to find someone willing to go punch
holes in the sky with him!
